My neighbour, a fellow talktalk user, has forgotten their Tiscali password so needs to reset it, which in theory should be easy. However, the recovery email address shown when trying to do a reset is no longer valid. Does anyone know how they can either change the the recovery email address or add their mobile phone number as a recovery option.
They can't post here themselves because they don't have a community account and when trying to open one the system sends a verification code to their Tiscali email, which they can't access until they reset the password 🤔

Hi Andy,
Unfortunately they don't appear to be able to join the community as it requires them to access their email which is the thing they can't do🙂
I will advise them to call and get a fault ticket raised.
