Retaining E-Mail account

How do I retain my email account when I exit my contract with Talk Talk ? I'm unable to find any details on the Talk Talk website and my contract ends in a few days.

Thank you for the quick response, I've followed the link you provided and I can't seem to find any information regarding what to do, as it takes me straight to my TalkTalk email. I finish my contract with TalkTalk in 4 days time and I'm not sure if I'll still be able to access my account and if so, for how long. I thought there may be an option to sign up for a 12 months, to continue my access but it doesn't give me any options, maybe when my contract finishes, it will give me the chance to subscribe ?
