If you registered your email address with a legitimate shopping site or opted in to receive mail messages from a site and their selected associates but no longer want their mail messages then there should be an unsubscribe link in the emails they send.
A legitimate shopping site wouldn't have their mail messages blocked as spam.
Do you have a reason for believing the emails are unsolicited spam?
You can set up a rule to divert unwanted mail straight to your trash folder where it will be auto-deleted after 30 days.
