Safe Senders list

I've been notified by an important organisation that they are having trouble reaching me by email and one solution would be to ensure their name is on my Safe Senders list.  How do I do this in TalkTalk please?

1. Hi @normags123 simply add the sender to your contacts list, in the email app and you should be good to receive.
