I have an issue when trying to send emails, regardless of who it is to, where an error appears saying "you are blocked from sending mail".
I've talked to various different support people on the phone and they've all been useless so far.
I've seen several other topics on here with this same issue, the only solutions I've seen is to change the password to one which hasn't been used before. I've done this and I still have the issue.
I then saw the topic from @Ady-TalkTalk saying to create a topic if you still have the issue.
Some bits of info, it isn't sending from the WebMail (as well as Outlook desktop app), I've tried on different browsers and different devices, all have the same error come up. I've also tried sending to the TalkTalk test email, same error.
I saw somethings saying it could be due to forwarding spam emails to services such as gov.uk, this has been done once or twice with the email.
