Hi, 

I am unable to open my emails via my Samsung app. The app opens and shows me my inbox and mail is still coming through but when I click on a email to try and read it it opens with a blank page then after a few seconds the app closes with the message "email has stopped".

I have tried other apps from both galaxy store and play store and they do the same. Help please

If the mails are showing then the app is syncing with the server, so it doesn't sound like an issue at talktalks end.

 

Are you able to get your mails and open them on other devices?

 

Having googled this it does seem to be a recurring issue on Samsung phones and there are various solutions proposed such as deleting your account and readding it, clearing the cache, uninstalling the program etc. Have you tried these given you are getting the same results using other apps on your phone?

 

Have you sought help on a Samsung phone forum as there may be a solution there?

 

If having tried the various solutions proposed having done a Google search and /or on a Samsung forum, it is still occuring please post back, giving details of what you have tried and staff can look into further for you.

You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.

 

Can you please also include the affected email address in this field.
