I am trying to contact your phishing department, by mailing them from your website and using talktalk software installed on my laptop without any success. I have received over 200 scam emails in recent days. I have begged for help with no success. I pay for what is said to be first class security software, how can this happen. Sherwin tried his best, but it is still happening. I put a complaint in, reference 15121413, I am still waiting for a response. Can anyone help me!

Hi lesleybrowning, its the OpenXchange Anti Spam software that's currently letting all this spam through. There's nothing any individual agent can do to help with this. Its in the hands of the Email and Security teams. Hopefully, they'll get to the bottom of it soon.

Hi @lesleybrowning I can tell you that the spammers are very active at the moment and that TalkTalk gave a team working on it as we speak. I've no idea how quickly they will get it resolved.
