How can I send a video via talktalk mail or is it even possible? Thanks.

No worries. The maximum message size for TalkTalk Mail is 25Mb so not exactly suited to video.
No doubt you'll have figured out that it's best to upload media to a shared file storage service and just send your recipients the sharing link by email.
