When I try to send emails I get this message. I can receive fine. Message could not be sent to the following recipients: "" <> (554 - 554 5.7.1 <>: Sender address rejected: You are blocked sending mail
) I've spent an hour on chat and they aren't helping at all. I have tried various different browsers and different devices. Please can you unblock me from sending email.

We will need to please complete the checks first before the escalations team can take the case, looking into the account the checks you have completed with the chat agent, were for resetting your password and recovery link. We now need to complete checks for not being able to send Emails.

I can escalate the fault for you, however they will also need to complete checks which will detect if your account has been blocked.

Is there a chance you could escalate this issue as I have been unabble to send emails for a few days now. As mentioned in my opening text, I have tried on various different devices and have tried at a friends house on webmail too just to check. I think somehow you guys have blocked me from sending maybe thinking my email account has been comprimised. I have recently changed my password to make sure this isn't the case.

Main one is Windows 11. I have tried it on a couple of different devices, I'm sorry but I don't think it has anything to do with the computer.
