Hi
I am unable to send emails from my iPhone but can receive them still.
I get an error message saying “username or password is incorrect” but I know they are both right.
I have tried deleting and re-adding account or changing password which didn’t work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi ShaunyR1, have you checked you settings against those in the Email Settings help article?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.
