Service Status Dashboard

The Service Status Dashboard for Email is showing "No Reported Issues".
Since last Friday there have been numerous posts on the Community with a shared experience that tinyworld accounts are unable to send emails.
Please explain why status is not reporting the issue being experienced.
It would be very helpful to acknowledge the issue and inform what is being done.

I have not been able to access my email at all today, error message
Some mandatory configuration could not be loaded.

@ChrisG15, please never post personal information details in the public thread.
If I can read it, so can any scammer anywhere on the planet, and your email address could be harvested in seconds..... the same applies to ALL personal information such as full names, address, phone numbers, account numbers.
All of that should be saved in the profile area of the forum.

There is a problem and it looks as if just Ady is trying to sort it. When will TT accept they have a problem, update service status and get it sorted!
