On my tiscali e mail account some days the day’s e mails do not come through until the evening. Other days they come through promptly and all seems well.

Can anyone please help.

Please go online and search how to contact Apple, you will then be directed to a page and you can select the device you need assistance with. You have advised webmail is working correctly and on you Samsung however the issue is with the iPad. You can get support via the APPLE website.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. There were reported issues affecting iPhone users after the latest software update, I would advise please contact them and find out if there is a possible fix for the issue.

I’m afraid the original problem has recurred.

Can access e mails in webmail fine, also on my Samsung phone also fine. They are just not appearing on my I pad which is where I normally access them.

Today’s e mails have still not arrived on my I pad but are present on webmail account and Alison my phone.

I am puzzled.

Today all e mails were working fine. I had a email sent to me and it arrived promptly.

All seems to be working well in Webmail.

Perhaps the fault has corrected itself.

Please test by having someone to send an email and see if you still experiencing the same issue?

@Dave63, staff are only on here between c 7am and 5pm [Monday to Friday] so you need to check back during the day for any diagnostics to be run.

Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don’t worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link in the post at the top of any forum message board.

If I  now start to use web mail to access my e mails can you then run your diagnostics test.

I can only be able to run a diagnostics test if you use webmail to access your emails not a mail client.
