I deal with a company and receive two types of email from them. There are general ones sent from an email address of the form hello@companyname.email and they have no problem arriving. The others are from my named contact for specific issues and their email address is of the form personsname@company.com. These came through fine upto July but I received none since. The contact called be by phone today to discuss it. Every time they send me an email it appears to go but 24 hours later they receive a message reporting the email could not be delivered and to contact me. I have done nothing to block the sender aand checked in my blocked senders list. However, even if I had blocked the sender that only means they go into my spam box and the message they get implies the posts are blcked at the server. They still receive my emails. They also have a companyweb portal and as a second route to give me the documents I requested they posted them there and I can access them there so am not blocked by them.
Any ideas?
I am using Outlook email client on a windows 11 PC as part of my Microsoft 365 subscription.

Hi KannyKen, please send me a personal message with the sending and receiving email addresses. I'll be able to run scans to see if and why we're blocking the sender.
