I send out group e mails (about 12 at a time).  These are being returned to me as suspected spam.

I get a message with the returned  e-mails saying contact Postmaster???  How do you do this?  Any suggestions why some of the e-mails seem to get delivered while others are returned?

Don't worry, you've already explained. We need to know what type of desktop you have.

Alright, so you received one response from the option you used earlier right. And is your desktop Windows.

Sorry to sound dumb - as I said I'm not tech savvy.  I use the AVG browser - is this what you need?

Earlier today I re-sent e-mails to those that had been rejected, but this time I sent the bulk of the e-mail as an attachment.  It appears that at least one of those e-mails has been received.  Maybe the size of the e-mail is the problem.  But having said that it is only e-mails to people using btinternet that are the problem.  Others (using g-mail, hotmail, etc.) have been received and I've received their replies.

I'm using my desk top computer at the moment - that is what I use for sending out my e-mails.  I also access the internet on my mobile phone, but am not using it right now for internet.

Alright, so the issue is only with sending out emails to a certain address only?

Hello Kanya - I am not tech savvy!  I don't use, i.e. don't know what a client email app is.  I just send these emails out using bcc from my email address.

Hey @Motownmag, to be honest you are the first customer to have had this issue with email addresses from btinternet.com. Is this happening also when you send these emails using a client email app?

Hello Kanya - yes that's right, I'm using webmail.  I send out to members of a group I run in batches - the largest batch is 16 addresses.  I realise having had a look at those that have been rejected as suspected spam, that they are all  btinternet.com addresses. Would be grateful for any suggestions as to how I can overcome this.

Hey there, @Motownmag. Thank you for reaching out. Is this happening when you are accessing your email via webmail?
