I recently had a new phone , a Google Pixel 9a. Everything was working fine until a couple of days ago I could not get on to my TalkTalk email, either though the app or Google. I tried uninstalling the app but it made no difference. I thought at first that that TalkTalk might be down but that wasn't the case as I can get to my emails on my tablet and on the computer. Any help would be gratefully received as I can't get on my emails when I'm out and about.

The talktalk app stopped working 4 days ago on my Google Pixel and Samsung A9 tablet, but is working on desk top. Must be problem with android settings

Not sure why you are having difficulties as my Pixel is ok, but I'm using Blue Mail.
Might be worth giving this app a try, but if that doesn't work or you want to use the App, staff will be back tomorrow.
When you say you can't get via Google, do you mean the browser on your phone, or gmail?
How far are you getting in the logon process? Can you logon, or is this the issue. I had assumed, you were logged on but couldn't get your mails. However rereading this, I now wonder if you can't logon.

Hi @Panda33 I'm wondering if the security settings on your new phone are rejecting Talktalk who are often slow to catch up. Have you tried a non chrome based browser? Microsoft for example.
