I am not getting any satisfaction from the company in relation to this problem.
My emails have all disappeared since 6th May and before this also. There are
a large number gone which I need to recover. Some are very important. Everyone
has been saying they might be in other folders, but they are not. I need someone
to check my account and find them for me please.

Following up on your first thread helps staff keep track of what steps have already been taken.
Having said that, when emails have been reported vanished in the past, usually the reply has been that if they go, for whatever reason, they cannot be retrieved.
You are always advised to back up anything that you consider very important.
