My emails have disappeared since yesterday. All of them. My talk talk
email account is used with Outlook on Windows 11.

Hey there, @TigerLily3. Have you tried using your email on our TalkTalk webmail? this would the link: Using TalkTalk Webmail , if not please try and see if your emails aren't retrievable.

It will be helpful if you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar; settings; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Near the end of that section, in Private Notes add the affected email address. SAVE CHANGES.
