We have broadband with talktalk, which is in my name. There are 2 email accounts, mine & my husband’s. He is receiving emails saying he has to register with ‘Everymail’ & pay to keep this email address. I can’t understand why when we have talktalk broadband. I have done a WhatsApp chat & was advised to firstly ignore the emails, then was told he needs to register! All very confusing and I have little confidence in what I am being told. Apparently I can only have 1 email linked to the broadband account, that’s why he has to pay. Is this correct?

No it's not. You can have up to 5.
