Despite the support pages suggesting I should have received a link to set up an Everymail account I have yet to receive one ( and this follows an official complaint). I believe time is running out - can someone from Talktalk please send me a link as soon as possible to my email address  - surely this cannot be too difficult.

@sandorra, posting on another customer's thread can cause a lot of confusion.

If you need further help with this, please return to the message board and click on start a topic to begin your own.

Everymail already had my bank details apparently and that is why they have taken £50 from my bank account by direct debit!

Hi @trev57- Thank you for contacting, i see that the last time you contacted our customer service team you were given a link to try to subscribe to every mail, please confirm a few things for us:

1. Were you able to use the link to subscribe?

2. Did you complete the subscription and add your billing details?

Please do let us know, it is likely that if you used the link to subscribe you would now be subscribed to every mail and be able to log in.

I was a broadband customer until Sept last year, when, following a house move, Talktalk were unable to offer a broadband service ( rural location). Because of this they allowed me to keep my email address for free, and I have recd all emails without problem over the past year.

Only by chance did I read a separate article detailing the switch to Everymail.  No emails have been received from Talktalk. I have, in the last hour, logged in to Everymail out of curiosity with my normal address/ password and everything is  already there??! Problem solved or not ?

Hi,

Are you a Broadband Customer?

If not, are you a Mail Plus Customer? Have you ever paid TalkTalk for your emails?

You say you've not received an email. When you log into Webmail, do you get any messages? If so what message are they?

Pease see here for more information.

Please post back once you have completed the required information and answer the above questions, so support staff can action for you.

Thank you
