If you are an existing TalkTalk customer with broadband, then you can't move to Everymail.

 

If you cancel your broadband at anytime, then there is a period of grace that your emails remain with TalkTalk and you need to wait for an email invitation to move to Everymail, which then becomes a paid for subscription service.

 

Current TalkTalk customers manage their emails via the mailbox manager.

While you stay with TalkTalk email usage is free for broadband customers.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
