Hello,

I and other family members have our tiscali.co.uk email addresses working as they are linked to a family members active TalkTalk account.

 

The relevant TalkTalk account will be closed later this year as the holder will be emigrating overseas.

 

How do I and other family members ensure the continuity of our tiscali.co.uk email addresses when the TalkTalk account is closed later this year. We want to keep the tiscali.co.uk email addresses with Everymail.

 

How do we ensure continuity of our tiscali.co.uk email addresses at the appropriate time with Everymail.

If you’re planning to leave us soon, there’s nothing you need to do with your email right now. Your email will continue to work as normal, and if we ever need you to take any action in the future, we’ll get in touch with clear instructions.

 

If you require more information you will need to contact TalkTalk direct.

Once the TalkTalk broadband account is closed will emails be sent to the 5 tiscali.co.uk email addresses by TalkTalk automatically as some of the tiscali.co.uk email addresses are used on a daily basis

Once the account is closed, there is a period of grace before you sign up to Everymail.

 

You have to wait for an email invitation to sign up. You cannot do so until you receive the invitation.
