TISCALI.CO.UK EMAIL ADDRESSES

I believe there are major changes a foot at TalkTalk. I am very concerned about tiscali.co.uk email addresses which I and family members have used for many years. In particular I use mine virtually everyday.

Is there a distinction with what's happening between TalkTalk broadband customers and none TalkTalk broadband customers with tiscali.co.uk email accounts.

Please will someone advise what is happening and what needs to be done.

Thanks

Hello fr8ys & Gliwmaeden2, thanks for your assistance. Am trying to find how to access TalkTalk Mail Plus to see how many email addresses are setup on my broadband account but am struggling to access this information. Please can you help.

Thanks

If you haven't received the email, then you are not being migrated.

Staff may be able to check for you, so complete the requested information in the link provided if you are really concerned.

As for your friend, they need to pursue the matter themselves.

Hello,

Thank you both (fr8ys & Gliwmaeden2) for your messages. Have not received an email about migrating to Everymail.

How do I check what email addresses are associated with my TalkTalk broadband account.

Have a friend who is no longer using TalkTalk broadband but uses a TalkTalk email address. Should I tell them action is required to keep their email active.

Thanks

Have you received an email about migrating your mails to Everymail?

If not then you should not be affected. The email was sent only to customers whose email addresses were not associated with their broadband.

Not being associated would only occur if you have left TalkTalk, or you have previously left TalkTalk and subsequently re-joined them.

If all your email addresses are associated with your My Account  you have nothing to worry about and should not have received anything by email from Talktalk about this, @PAJ333.

If your addresses are associated with a previous My Account, then action is required as detailed in the notice on the email message board:
