TT992 error

Hi,

A number of people seem to be reporting a TT992 issue - ie messages from outside being blocked and never arriving.

This has just started to happen to my talktalk e-mail account too.

Is something being done to resolve it?

If not I'll have to switch as I can't get any work done.
