Hi, for the last week my e-mails from my TalkTalk.net account have failed to reach a necessary recipient at Sky.com.  I am not blocked on his account.  He is not blocked on my account.  Nothing has gone to either spam.  His e-mails still reach my TalkTalk.net account.  E-mails to and from other addresses all still work OK.  When will TalkTalk correct this blockage to Sky.com, please?

Hi audi2015tt, Yahoo mail servers have TalkTalk blacklisted at present. Our email team have been working with Yahoo to remove the blacklisting.  Its taking longer than we'd like, but we're hoping it will be resolved soon.
