Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

The recent email states that I am not a broadband customer and that I shall need to pay an additional £5 to keep email access going. The thing is, I AM a broadband customer, so what's going on here?
Here's the relevan extract:-
'We’ve continued to provide your TalkTalk email service free of charge for some time. However, as you’re no longer a TalkTalk broadband customer, we’re unable to continue offering it at no cost.
What this means for you:
If you’d like to continue using your TalkTalk email and have access to your TalkTalk email addresses, you’ll need to sign up for the new Everymail service for a fee of £5 per month or £50 annually, for up to 5 mailboxes.'
Confused? I am!
Hopefully someone can help me understand what's going on? Also, and this is a side issue I know, but TalkTalk's webmail still won't allow users to add multiple email addresses. Despite trying to obtain an update (for many months now), I'm still in the dark.
Thank you in anticipation.

@slarty*1 staff need to be made aware so you will need to start your own thread and make them aware you have put all affected email addresses in the private notes are of your profile.
Thank you.

Will legacy emails be linked en masse if we just update the private notes in our profile as suggested - or do we also need to specifically request this to be done on an individual basis.

Hi, @scream666
You say "TalkTalk's webmail still won't allow users to add multiple email addresses"
I think that has been fixed now @scream666 .
However, instead of looking for the 'Mailbox Manager in MyAccount,
to add an additional TalkTalk email address, you need to go to a completely new address. It is,
https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/login
Please respond, if you have difficulty in adding a new TalkTalk email address.
Edit: Can you also please tell, which TalkTalk email address, this email that you received, is being sent from.

Hi,
If your email address is a legacy, i.e non TalkTalk email address or you are a returning customer, the email means that your address is not associated with your account.
That can be easily rectified by staff here and to this end can you ensure that your account number or phone number is in cluded in your profile and in the private notes field add all your affected email addresses.
Staff will then arrange for them to be linked and you won't be charged.
