My Talktalk Tiscali @ email takes ages to open but opening a new email takes even longer - at least 5 minutes. I have only used up 240MB of my 10 GB but everything else on my PC runs at normal speed.
If webmail takes longer than a few seconds to load then clearing the browser cache and cookies to clear any corruption will usually shorten any unduly long display delays.
