I have recently renewed my TalkTalk full fibre broadband, yet I still get emails saying my email account will be closed, I have been a loyal customer of TalkTalk for many years, please can you ensure my email accounts are not closed. I have communicated on this subject may times over recent months including a long phone call with your customer service deportment however once again today I received an emails telling my my email accounts will be closed. 

 

My broadband account number is

Hi, things are getting better 2 of the email addresses on my account now are working, but one other is not, there are 3 email addresses on this account I need the third also to be reinstated.

I use both microsoft outlook and my phone app, neither allow for sending but both receive.

Thank you for this. How are you currently accessing your emails? Are you accessing through an App or currently using a browser to access your emails?

yes, i am unable to send from phone or laptop, my wife is also unable to send from her phone.

If this is the case why am I unable to send emails today? Please can this be resolved immediately.
