Hello, After taking advice, I changed my email provider to Thunderbird because live mail was no longer supported. The only problem I have is I can't send emails, I get a timed out message. I can receive OK. I've double checked settings and all seems OK. Is there a way I can access my emails settings in my Talktalk account to check that they are both the same (IMAP or POP3)?

Where did you double check the settings? Was it the TalkTalk Mail Support Hub?

If you happen to have set up a POP3 email account then the incoming server secure port for POP3 is 995.
