So, you haven't been hacked. You're OK?

Yes, I did read it - you'll see I acknowledged it with a 'like', @Grandpa1.
I think that if you want to check out the IMAP / POP3 issue, start a fresh topic as you are getting quite far away from the original purpose of this thread.
It's better to stick to one issue at a time!

Hi yes a different email addres, I was able to delete the other one via Mailbox Manager, which you and others explained to me.
To update you on my current issue I have now been able to get Into Mailbox Manager and change my password also add recovery email and phone number, also I can now log into talktalk webmail, the problem I have which I have seen had been raised by another member is My IMAP/POP3 has stopped working for no reason, so I cannot see emails on my phone only logging in to webmail, when I try to log into my phone emails it says this account has no access to IMAP/POP3. If you want to query any help articles then please start your own topic if you feel compelled to do so, rather than yet again distracting from another customer's support thread. Thank you.

Is this a different email address from the one you recently wanted deleted?

It's not "my" version, @Billx.
@Grandpa1 the other version, in full, is here:
Let us know if you are struggling. I hope staff will pick this up during the day on Friday for you. I'm locking the thread for now, so that it can't slip back in the queue any further.
Send me a PM, @Grandpa1, if you need this unlocked to post.

Both your version and the other version are listed within the current articles.
So, Open-Exchange haven't been that careful.

I haven't got time to look, @Billx, but I'll flag it up for staff to check - that's the current available article on the forum search.

Hi, @Gliwmaeden2
Sorry, but I think those instructions might be old, re updating password reset details,
There is now no hamburger menu button on the far right of the screen.
It is a circular Profile icon, which one first clicks, and then 'update your reset details'.

Check your devices for viruses / malware, @Grandpa1.
In future, for all email accounts, whether Talktalk, Hotmail, Gmail or whatever, ALWAYS have a third party email address linked for security purposes.
For the moment, your quickest way to receive support is likely to be by contacting Talktalk directly yourself as the forum staff will be nearing the end of their working day.
So use Chat or phone 03451 720088. Check opening times here:
