Hi all
I keep getting the below message on my laptop & iphone. I press OK but it keeps popping back up . I can receive mails but not send How do I get rid of it and send emails. The password is correct . I have checked online with talktalk web mail and its fine I can send and receive emails
I am using windows 11, and outlook 365 ( and have used it for 2 years ) and iphone is mail and all sofware updates are correct

Hello again
Once again the pop up window asking for password etc is coming on every 2- minutes. Nothing ever cahnges I never use a VPN why is this happening and why cant it be stopped
I cannot send emails , but I can receive them
I am really fed up with repeating over and over again
Surely there is away to stop this happening

There was an email incident this morning that should now be resolved but there is high volume of requests due to back log so hopefully this will clear soon

I now cannot send or receive emails on my phone or in outlook I have not amended the password at all , I logged into webmail and get them ok . What is going on

There have been a few reports of this issue cropping up transiently for mail users that have Outlook as their email client. As the issue has in all cases been self correcting the assumption is that the mailbox connection fail and password pop-up is due to the upgrade of mailboxes to the new OX Cloud 8 mail platform. Has your mailbox received an email notification from TalkTalk that your mailbox migration is happening?

It has happened again this morning I have never used the VPN since you mentioned it , why is this happening it only happens with talktalk

Hi my last reply seems to have disappeared.
My password is 15 characters that includes capital letters, lowercase letters, numbers , and a special character. What more can I do to make it secure and yet remember it.
When I put a post on this blog the issues seems to go away for few days. It is very frustrating.
I have not the VPM since you comment regarding it.
What else can I do
