I’m not receiving Tesco emails either. Tesco say it’s Talk Talk, Talk Talk say it’s Tescos. Come on the powers that be, get talking and fix this problem. Instead of blaming each other

Hi DJ&AG, what it will be is that we're filtering out those mails either because customers have marked them as spam deliberately or in error. Or our mail filters have thrown a wobbly again, as happens more and more frequently these days. I've already raised an incident for this issue and hopefully it will be fixed quickly.
