hi I haven't received Tesco service emails since 22nd January when I received my last one. They include confirmation orders, changes made to orders, receipts and general information like Delivery saver updates. This is not acceptable as we have no way of knowing about our latest orders until they arrive on the doorstep! I had refunds last week but no way of telling if they went through. I have raised it with Tesco and they said it was the Talk talk server. Why is Tesco doing nothing about this issue as it is affecting a lot of people? I will be searching for another provider if this is not rectified soon. Very soon.

Me neither. I rely on online shopping for groceries as I'm housebound. Come on TalkTalk, get this fixed!
