Tesco emails

hi I haven't received Tesco service emails since 22nd January when I received my last one. They include confirmation orders, changes made to orders, receipts and general information like Delivery saver updates. This is not acceptable as we have no way of knowing about our latest orders until they  arrive on the doorstep! I had refunds last week but no way of telling if they went through. I have raised it with Tesco and they said it was the Talk talk server. Why is Tesco doing nothing about this issue as it is affecting a lot of people? I will be searching for another provider if this is not rectified soon. Very soon.

@disgruntled_12, please do just stick to your own thread!

 

It's not helpful posting "me too" on everyone else's threads as it delays the progress of each thread in the queue for attention. It's called "spamming" the forum and is against forum rules. It's not contributing to solving the problem. 

 

Everyone knows already that there's an issue receiving Tesco emails at Talktalk email addresses at the moment. 

 

Staff will respond during the day to each individual. 

 

Forum staff are not personally responsible for resolving the matter but will be building the case load to help find a resolution as soon as possible.

Me neither. I rely on online shopping for groceries as I'm housebound. Come on TalkTalk, get this fixed!

I mean why is Talk talk doing nothing about it, not Tesco! 🙄
