Looks like the problem has surfaced again despite a complaints manager contacting me earlier this week to say they had made a permanent fix.
No out going mail.
We can't keep going like this. I'm taking it higher.

Yes I can now thanks for your help in getting it sorted swiftly.
There seems to be a pattern forming. Pretty sure it's been a Friday everything. I'm still going to write officially though because we can't go on like this and every time no matter how I contacted - phone, text or live chat I ended up going round and round in circles repeating myself. Talktalk monthly charges aren't the cheapest. I wouldn't mind paying if the service was first class.
Anyway thanks again. That myst have been tge quickest fix in the history of TalkTalk

I'm told that OpenXchange have fixed this now. Please let me know if you are now able to send email.

I've reraised the incident. If I were you I'd make a complaint and insist that it be raised to the CEO team.
