When will this service resume? Both on laptop and iPhone I am unable to send emails. I receive ok but cannot send. This is becoming a major issue as I have important business to conduct. This is not intermittent, this has been permanently down for over a week. This is the second time this year and is unacceptable. Thank you

This has been reported as an issue and referred to the forum manager to send to the relevant team
I have updated the Pinned post on the forum and suggest you check there for updates, but given the forum staff are not back until Monday, you may find they have rectified this before I get another update.
