Tinyworld emails not sending again

Hi

 

I raised an issue on Friday, advising that our .tinyworld email accounts were not sending emails (I've copied the original message below - bold italics - rather than type it all again).

 

Several other customers were having the same issue and eventually, it was sorted out on Friday afternoon. Emails have worked fine until this afternoon/evening, when the problem re-occured and we are, once again, unable to send emails on our .tinyworld accounts (as previous, my .tiscali email appears unaffected).

 

I'd be grateful if one of the Mods could look at this as soon as poss, please, as it's causing no end of problems.

 

Mod Ady - I see from other contributors' posts that you've raised an incident for this issue - I've taken the liberty therefore, of messaging you directly to add me to the list of affected customers (hope this is OK?).

Morning all

I haven't been able to send emails from my .tinyworld email address since yesterday afternoon/evening. My wife has the same issue on her .tinyworld emails. Both seem to be receiving emails OK.

Hoped the issue might resolve overnight, but is still persisting this morning.

Error message is;

"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

My .tiscali email appears to be sending OK, so looks like an issue with . tinyworld emails.

Other community members also seem to be having issues with .tinyworld too which suggests some sort of issue at the talktalk server end?

I'd be grateful if one of the Mods could take a look at this as soon as poss please, as these email account (especially my wife's) are in regular use for important work issues.

@Robie  this is atrocious. Surely they must know where the issue is. As mentioned elsewhere I've given a trustpilot review - hopefully someone senior in talktalk will take notice

Having the same issue. I have checked settings on three devices and all suggest there is an issue connecting to the server. Receiving email (some at least) but need to reply for urgent hospital appointment by tomorrow, but can't send.

Ah this is affecting me too and was struggling to find any answers, so pleased I am not thr only one! I can receive emails ok just can't send any. Hopefully resolved soon and thanks for all the updates.

Getting this message since yesterday:

An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
Receiving emails but can't send.
Am paying for this email service!

Hi David

Mod Ady has raised an issue, but is still waiting to hear back (from the Tech Team I assume).

There are quite a few of us affected, so hopefully it'll be sorted soon.

Hi 

 

I also had issues sending emails through my @Tinyworld account last Friday. Have had further issues today sending and also delays in receiving. Not sure what the problem is but it must be with TalkTalk server. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner - the 6 digit log-in verification code wasn't reaching my .tiscali email, so I couldn't log in to the community.

 

No further news re the .tinyworld email issue - looks as though Mod Ady has raised an issue but no news on a fix so far.

 

Hopefully they'll get it resolved soon as it's a real pain not being able to send emails.

Hello again......have you had any luck with contacting anyone ....tried chat line but just keep asking me to check settings etc.

Any ideas of next step to sort this??
