We keep getting messages saying we need to pay £50 per year for tiscali emails.  Extremely frustrating as we have been with talktalk a number of years and we have been searching all afternoon for solutions and keep getting errors when trying to chat.

We have now found the link suggesting adding the addresses to the 'private notes' on our profile.  We have now done this but how will we know it has worked?

I have looked into this from my end, regarding the request to add your wife's email address, an escalation request to link it has been raised, as was raised yesterday, request usually is completed in 48 hours. Please do let us know if there would be anything I can check or you need for us to support you with.

It was a talktalk email as we did not know about the forum until yesterday.

Did you respond to an email from the forum or a separate Talktalk email, @Chris1248?

 

Notifications from the forum are from a No Reply address, so it's worth checking where you sent your reply to.

Just checked and we e-mailed on the 7/7/25 in response to an e-mail sent from yourselves.
