One of my TalkTalk.net email has not move to the new Everymail

I am a TalkTalk mail customer.

 

My tiscali.co.uk email address has moved to the Everymail, but my other talktalk.net email address has not. I cannot send any email from my talktalk.net email address, and asking me to subscribe.

 

I want to keep my talktalk.net email address, as well as my tiscali.co.uk

 

Please advise how to resolve this situation

Thank you very much for letting us know. Everymail took full ownership of the email service. I can confirm that you will need to contact Everymail to add your talktalk.net email address and you can also add up to 5 email addresses.

Hi Kanya

 

Got an email from TalkTalk and informed me that my TalkTalk Mail Plus has been or will be automatically moved to Everymail. and said all my email addresses would move to Everymail too.

 

When I log on to Everymail, I can only see the @Tiscali.co.uk email address as Admin, but cannot see my other @talktalk.net email address

 

I could add emaill address, but Everymail could  not found my @talktalk.net email. But if I were to create an new email address on Everymail, it would use @Tiscali.co.uk, but I want to keep my talktalk.net email address.

 

So how could I add my taltalk.net to the Everymail 

 

Please advise
