I have a TALKTALK Broadband package and yesterday received an Email from Management Home TISCALI.
When looking at the senders address it was
XXXX REMOVED RISKY EMAIL XXX
The message was saying my account needed updating as they were making System updates, and older versions will no longer accept Logins after September 9th 2025.
There was a Link…Continue Here
I did not continue and immediately logged into my Talk Talk account and could find no reference to this.
Is this genuine? As it looks odd and will my Tiscali Email address continue to be my linked address with TALKTALK as part of my current package

Complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to check that all is well with your email address linked to your current broadband account.
They'll follow up on Monday.

And no, that was not a Talktalk customer service address that you posted, so the email was a scam.
