Tiscali email attachments

i am unable to send email attachments.

I am getting a message unknown error occured.

I have a tiscali email address.Thanks

@melleo1  Thank you for getting back to us and informing us that you were able to send the email. You might want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies for both Outlook and your webmail. Please let us know if the issue continues.

Thanks for replying.

I have Outlook for Windows and

webmail on a laptop.

I tried outlook last night to send two small files.It said files could not be sent and try later 

I then tried webmail.It was very random sometimes sending one file or nothing at all.

I eventually used my Gmail account and they sent without any problems.Thank you.

Hi @melleo1 I will be able to assist you with your query, please confirm if you are accessing your emails through WebMail or if you are using a 3rd party?
