Can't send Tiscali emails from desktop - select "New email" or try to "Reply" - no response to either. Has been like this for over 1 week.

A full browser reset will normally fix the unresponsiveness. Or download and try different browser to test. You'll normally find in the browser settings there's a Reset option that also unloads extensions that may be conflicting with TalkTalk Mail. Firefox has a Troubleshoot mode via its Help menu that does the same thing.
Via the browser settings you'll find a Privacy and Security option. Clear the history, cache and cookies and sign in once more to TalkTalk Mail. You'll need to accept cookies so make sure there are no tracker blockers or cookie blockers active.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
