Hi, my tiscali email stopped syncing with Outlook on my Desktop and my Android phone in January. I've changed all the settings accordingly and realise that is is a very common problem. I am still able to use webmail but prefer the convenience of IMAP. Having gathered info from forums it seems that I need to contact Talktalk and get my email address reactivated. Can you please advise me if this is correct.

I'm still having no luck with this on both my desktop and android, all settings are correct. Any ideas?
