Tiscali emails going to Gmail Spam

My Tiscali emails (using OE Classic 4.9.1) to Gmail addresses are still going into their Spam folders.  I know there were many problems with that in Spring : had to change the settings (inc mail.tiscali.net to mail.talktalk.net).  But I'm still having the same problem.  I've read various previous Help topics on the subject but my settings appear OK (attachment). 

It's really annoying.  What's the issue ?

Hi nickwotton1, gmail changed their mail handling a while back and it resulted in many mails being dumped into spam instead of the inbox of the recipient. I was told about 8 weeks back that we opened a case with them, but I've had no update since that time.
