Like others on here, we have been having problems with emails not sending over the last few days. Most of the time we can receive ok but sending is a bit of a lottery, sometimes it is ok but then a few minutes later it says it can't send and the message has been saved. We have old Tiscali email addresses but as they are also used for business, we don't want to change them which is why we stay with TalkTalk. Is it only these that are having problems? Very, very annoying.

I have exactly the same problem. And I have tried sending through webmail with no success.
I click send and get a message something like ' unable to send message'

You shouldn't have to, but it helps to identify the cause of the problem.

Not tried that, will do when it happens again but surely I shouldn't have to do that!
