Having had emails re the move to Everymail which implied I was no longer a talk talk broadband user and therefore would be charged if I wanted to keep my email addresses, I had thought these were phishing and reported them. Now tonight I’ve had time to log in to this community and discovered that I do need todo something, I’ve no idea what I need to do. 
I don’t use webmail, but use the email client provided on iPhone and iPad, as it’s not clear how to use webmail to view inbox etc

I obviously need to do something but what and I’m not that tech savvy, so simple and clear instructions are needed

@LouLou55, it's normally best to follow up on just the one thread for a topic to avoid any confusion and keep track.

From the help provided, all relevant info has been added to my profile and a new thread started for emails to be linked with my broadband account, so I think it will all be dealt with under that one. Still getting to grips with this topic and how to pot in the community.

Thank you for your help. I’ve updated my profile now so hopefully that is step 1. I’ll need to do the additional post in the email forum, but I’m done for now, one for the morning
