Still getting Emails Saying I need to Pay For Email Account

Im an existing broadband customer who recently filled out a profile form requesting my existing talktalk email address etc was linked to my existing broadband account so I dont have to pay and have had no reply to this request and today I have had another threatening email about losing my email account unless I pay, can soemone from email admistration please sort this out and confirm that it has been done. thank you

I am unsure if the back-office team will send you confirmation once it has been linked. However If you receive further communication regarding this movement, please chat back to us, we will assist you further.

Thats fine thanks for that, will someone come back to me to confirm it has been actioned and linked and will the red warning banner which is currently at the top of my email account be removed.

I have filled in a form for you, so the back-office team can link the email address to your account.

Yes the email address on my profile is the one which needs to be linked to my broadband account which I filled out all the details for and  previously posted a message for support to action. Do you need my broadband account number and email address again to action this.

Hi there @Kscotty I do not think a form was submitted for you, as I can see on your previous post, the agent asked you to confirm a few personal details so that she can escalate for you. Just to confirm the email address you want linked to the account is the one on your profile?

Thank you any help is much appreciated as I dont want to suddenly lose any abailities on my existing talktalk email address account or have to pay any extra already paying for my broadband account.
