I have recently moved home and TalkTalk insisted that I opened a new account for the transfer of service, because, I think, it meant changing from full fibre back to copper.
The old account was said to have been closed but I can still log into it.
My question is, how do I transfer the 5 email accounts from the old account to the new one.
The facility to delete and add email accouts has been disabled 'for maintenance' for some time now, so how can I achieve the transfer between accounts?
Any suggestions welcome, thanks.
