Trying to change email password - code email not received

Hi,

 

Trying to add our email account to a new smart phone but we can't remember the password, so tried the 'forgotten password' link on the website and opted to receive the 6 digit code in an email (as we can still access emails on our computer) but no email appears.  Double-checked Spam / Junk folders and nothing there either.

 

Looking for some help please!

Hi Gitte, I can help you update the password recovery tool. That way you can include a mobile number too. Please send me a personal message with the affected TT email, an alternate email and a mobile number for the tool.
