I am unable to send emails via my computer or by using webmail.

 

I received the following message:  'An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request'.

 

Can you please resolve this problem quickly, as this is not the first time that this has happened.

There is an issue presently with that email domain, please wait for an update.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. I should have stated that I also have a tinyworld.co.uk email address.
