I also have 2 tiscali email address's and neither of them are working. What to do???

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Service Status is now reporting:

 

"We're pleased to confirm that earlier issues with our email platform have now been resolved."

 

Are your tiscali email accounts all now working normally?

Hi @asinrutee

 

Is this failure just this morning?  The temporary unavailability of some email accounts is an issue being worked on by TalkTalk.  Service status reports:

 

Unable to access emails

39 mins ago

 

We're aware that some customers are seeing the following error message when accessing their emails: 

 

"Could not connect to the specified mail server"

 

We'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and assure you that our engineers are investigating this as a priority.
